Ideal for U.S. citizens and Green Card holders living abroad, or individuals earning foreign income with U.S. reporting obligations.

  • Preparation and filing of Form 1040

  • Form 2555 (Foreign Earned Income Exclusion / Foreign Housing)

  • Form 8938 (Specified Foreign Financial Assets)

  • FinCEN 114 (FBAR) – Foreign bank account reporting

  • Review of foreign income, credits, and exclusions

  • Residency and treaty assessment

  • Basic IRS correspondence, as needed

Filling Out Tax Form

CRA Dispute Resolution

If you're facing a dispute with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or Internal Revenue Service (IRS), we provide strategic representation to help secure the best possible outcome.

  • Detailed review of CRA/IRS assessments, audits, or reassessments — including foreign tax credit issues

  • Preparation and filing of formal objections, appeals, and supporting documentation

  • Direct correspondence and representation with the CRA/IRS on your behalf

  • Negotiation to maximize your recovery or refund

  • Ongoing updates and full transparency throughout the process

This service is offered on a contingency basis, with fees calculated based on the final recovery amount.

Fee: 15%–25% of recovery or refund 

Tax return

Tax Cleanup/Voluntary Disclosure

For clients with unfiled returns or previously undisclosed income, this service helps bring you back into compliance while minimizing penalties through the CRA’s Voluntary Disclosures Program.

  • Full review of your tax history to assess exposure and eligibility

  • Preparation and filing of all outstanding tax returns

  • Drafting and submission of your Voluntary Disclosure Program (VDP) application

  • Strategic support in negotiating penalty relief and interest reduction

  • Direct communication with the CRA throughout the process to ensure timely resolution

Fees vary based on the number of years, jurisdictions, and complexity involved.
